Where do you ship? +
We currently ship within Malaysia. For international shipping do drop us a message and we will see what we can do!
How long does it take? +
West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

How can I track my order? +
Need to track your order? Drop us a message and we'll be happy to share your tracking details with you.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We'll always try our best to help, but once your order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address? +
Reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it for you. Once your order has been dispatched, we can't guarantee that changes can be made.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my towel? +
We don't accept returns or exchanges at the moment.
What if my towel arrives damaged or I receive the wrong design? +
We're sorry about that! Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, together with your order details and a clear photo of the item, and we'll sort it out for you.

Do you do collaborations? +
Yes, we're always open to hearing about collaborations that feel like a natural fit for tualarr. As a growing brand, we're selective with product sponsorships and gifting, but we'd still love to hear what you have in mind. This could include events, giveaways, content collaborations, brand partnerships or other creative ideas.

Do you offer bulk, event or corporate orders? +
Yes! If you're looking to order tualarr towels for an event, studio, corporate gifting, brand activation or something a little bigger, we'd love to hear from you.

How do you use my personal information? +
When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, contact number, email and payment receipt. We only use these to process, pack, ship and confirm your order, and to contact you about it.
